1. Definitions and operator

In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "we", "us" or "our" means Vormyloxox, with address at Jan Tooropstraat 164, 1061 AE Amsterdam, Netherlands. "You" or "your" means the visitor or customer using our website or services. "Website" means the website available at vormyloxox.world and its subpages. "Products" means the goods (including Activeronix and any related items) offered for sale on the Website. "Order" means your request to purchase Products submitted via the Website.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Website and to any Order you place for Products. By accessing the Website or submitting an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or place an Order. We recommend that you read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return Policy before using the Website or placing an Order.

Additional terms may apply to specific services or promotions; in case of conflict, those terms will prevail for that service or promotion.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Products and information

The Products offered on the Website, including Activeronix, are food supplements or similar products intended to support general well-being and vitality as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle. Product descriptions, images, and information on the Website are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue Products or offers without prior notice. The manufacturer may change packaging or labelling; we are not responsible for such changes.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Dutch law. Shipping costs may apply as indicated during checkout. We strive to display accurate availability; however, we cannot guarantee availability until your Order is confirmed.

5. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an Order via the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms. A contract between you and us is formed only when we accept your Order (e.g. by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the Products). We are not obliged to accept every Order; we may refuse or cancel an Order (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, error in pricing or availability, or breach of these Terms). If we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, email, phone, etc.) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed delivery or communication due to incorrect data provided by you.

6. Payment and delivery

Payment is due as indicated during the ordering process. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website. All transactions are processed in a secure manner. Delivery times and costs are as stated on the Website or in your order confirmation. Delivery is to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or at the delivery address, depending on the chosen delivery option and applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the Netherlands or the European Union, your rights under applicable consumer law (including the right to withdraw from a distance contract and the right to a remedy for defective goods) remain unaffected. See our Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may view and print a reasonable number of copies for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Website or from any Order or Product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any Order or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Order in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Website and any Order involve the processing of personal data. This is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website and placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that we may process your data as described there.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about the Website, an Order, or a Product, please contact us using the contact details in section 1. We will endeavour to respond and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures but may do so voluntarily.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may also apply. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise for consumers.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placement of an Order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For existing Orders, the Terms in effect at the time of the Order apply. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
